Plattling World Cup 2010 - Hochwasser Status
Water level of the ISAR River is rising
The current situation is a water level of 305 cm this is about 65 cm over the
Level we can run the event.
The forecast is more rain and rising water levels until tonight.
The peak wave will be around Friday noon.
Friday at 9 a.m will be a team captains meeting on the dam next to the wave.
We are expecting falling water levels for Friday afternoon and Saturday.

New to Berlin - From New York
I am new to Berlin from New York and unfortunately I do not yet speak German, but I would really like to meet some people to Kayak with. It has been difficult to find websites with information on paddling in Germany - maybe you have some suggestions.

Swiss boater Cross Meisterschaft 2008
Am Samstag Morgen(uuuhh sehr früh)so ab 9 bis10 uhr Morgens. Zuerst gings los, mit den einzel Zeitläufen. Diese dienen dazu, um die Heats(jeweils 4-er Gruppen) für die erste Runde zusammen zu stellen.

Straightdownstriit 2008
Bei gutem Wetter und noch viel besserem Wasserstand wurde am 26. Mai 2007 Elm (Schweiz) zum Schauplatz eines ganz besonderen Spektakels. Der erstmals durchgeführte Boatercross „Straightdownstriit“ zog viele Schweizer, wie auch Deutsche und italienische Paddler ins Glarnerland.

Chile Trancura El Marimann
Nachdem meine schweize Freunde am 26 Februar abgereist sind, lebte ich fuer eine Woche in Pucon.

Voller erfolg für das deutsche Kajak Freestyle Team
Bei den Europameisterschaften im Kajak Freestyle in Sort, Spanien holte das DKV-Team drei Goldmedaillen und ein Bronze in einem Starterfeld von 141 Athleten aus 15 Staaten.
